What to include
- Flat pattern or folded 3D model.
- Material thickness, grain direction and bend radius requirements.
- Hardware, PEM inserts, finish and masking instructions.
DFM review
The review checks bend relief, flange length, hole-to-bend distance, fastener access and finish compatibility.
