Cookie Policy

OEMach currently uses only essential cookies needed to keep the website secure, support sessions, and process RFQ or contact form activity. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies on the current site.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. They help a website remember basic session information and keep forms or secure pages working correctly.

Essential cookies we use

The current OEMach site may set a session cookie such as PHPSESSID. It is used for site operation, form submission, security checks, and logged-in administration. It is not used for advertising or cross-site profiling.

Cookie settings

The session cookie is configured with Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite=Lax attributes. These settings reduce exposure to script access and cross-site misuse while keeping normal website functions available.

No advertising or analytics cookies

At this stage we have not enabled Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar non-essential tracking tools on the public website.

Why there is no heavy consent banner

Because the current public website only relies on strictly necessary cookies, a full accept/reject marketing cookie banner is not required for the current setup. This page provides transparency instead.

If cookies change later

If OEMach later adds analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and provide clear choices before those cookies are set.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect contact forms, RFQ submission, or administrator login functions.
