How OEMach handles RFQ files, contact details, and project communication. We respect your intellectual property and process technical data in accordance with commercial standards.
Information we receive
We collect information necessary to evaluate and execute custom manufacturing orders. This includes contact details and technical files such as CAD designs, drawings, material requirements, surface finishes, and tolerance specifications.
How RFQ files are used
Models, drawings and engineering sheets submitted for quotation are used to assess manufacturing feasibility, estimate cost, and perform DFM reviews. Files are only accessible to authorized project managers and estimators.
Contact and communication records
We keep email, WhatsApp and phone inquiry records to coordinate requirements, trace drawing changes and manage shipments. We do not sell or lease communication lists to third parties for marketing purposes.
File sharing and project review
Technical drawings may be shared with internal engineering staff and toolmakers to plan manufacturing routes. Engineering files are not published, shared with unrelated parties, or exposed to open search systems.
Request updates or removal
Customers may request deletion of drawing packages or correction of contact details. Records not tied to outstanding tax, shipment or legal obligations will be removed from active engineering databases after processing.
