PEEK guide for high-performance plastic parts

When PEEK makes sense

PEEK is considered when a plastic part needs better strength, wear behavior, chemical resistance or temperature performance than standard engineering plastics.

RFQ notes

  • Confirm grade, color and any filled formulation.
  • Call out any regulatory or documentation needs separately.
  • Review tight features carefully because material cost is high.

Typical uses

PEEK is often used for compact insulators, wear components, high-temperature fixtures, seals and precision non-metal components.
