4. If you send an order through this website, you need to understand and agree:

• When your processing order is uploaded to the website and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. If there are special reasons for updating the drawings or cancelling the order, the website will calculate the actual cost according to the processing progress, and refund the part after deducting the costs already incurred to the customer.

• If the content of your processing file violates national laws and regulations, we have the right to revoke your order.

• If the personalized product you receive has quality problems, we will assist you in solving the problem as soon as possible.

• If misprocessing occurs due to your subjective reasons, this website will try to negotiate with you to solve it, but the costs incurred therefrom shall be borne by you.

IX. Restrictions and Prohibitions on Processing File Content

You guarantee that you have understood, confirmed, and agreed that the content of the models, drawings, photos (pictures), and text you submit for processing must comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. You shall not store, publish, or distribute any illegal content prohibited by law.
These contents include but are not limited to:

• Content that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property rights or other legal rights and interests of any third party;

• Content that constitutes or may constitute anti - social or criminal violations (including discrimination, murder, abuse, personal injury, stalking, child pornography, and sexual harassment);

• Content that violates or may violate public order, confidentiality regulations, and social ethics;

• Computer viruses or tools that endanger the security of this website or other websites;

• Content that incites, suggests, or encourages any illegal activities;

• Personal information (such as name, phone number, address, etc.) of any individual (other than you).
